Additional Requirements

  • Age 26 to 32 years
  • The incumbent should have minimum 2-5 years job experience in the relevant job track (yarn supply, sales & marketing) in a vibrant Spinning Mill.
  • Should have strong interpersonal quality, communication skills, amicable personality, negotiation skills & other necessary human skills.
  • A good command in Microsoft Office, sound knowledge regarding the local and international yarn market, email communication, useful knowledge on yarn certification.

Responsibilities & Context

Mondol Spinning Mills Ltd. is looking for dynamic persons for the above post.

  • The incumbent shall be responsible achieving periodical yarn sales target given by the concern authority in terms of volume as well as amount.
  • The candidate should study on future yarn market demand, forecast and determine the supply need of different yarn count and variety to the knit factories.
  • The incumbent should build up a strong liaison and personal rapport with the potential customers/key contact personnel in a knit garments factory or corporate office.
  • Negotiate yarn pricing with the key contact person and close the business deal within the target pricing given by the management, for volume base and significant customers the deal to be referred to the higher authority.
  • Deal with the customer complaints, if any, make sure proper feedback to the existing as well as the prospective customers in a quickest possible time and enhance the image of the company through height salesmanship skills, due aptitude as well as demonstrating brilliant leadership.
  • Follow up on time party acceptance, bank acceptance, payments, VAT, AIT and other commercial documents requirements.
  • The incumbent should have the mentality to perform any other task given by the management time to time.
