Summary

Education

Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Business Administration or related subject from a reputed College / University.

Experience

At least 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Shipping, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

Mother vessel receiving and sailing formalities.
Communicate with vessel owner, master, and consignee for smooth vessel operation at both Chattogram and Mongla ports.
All formalities regarding mother vessel in & out with port, customs, shipping office, MMD income tax, port health dock levy, immigration C & F bank.
Appoint vendor, stevedore, transport provider ship chandler lighter supplier, etc. Prepare all tender documents both international and local domestic updates alongside the relevant bank and gather cover letters to BSC, BCIC, and BADC as well.
Export, and import formalities especially for Rooppur project re-shipment hard-to-attend port, custom formalities.
Other jobs assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
Mail/ communicate with Local & Overseal partner -vendors arrange may be now business as well.
Have to attend other local meetings as and when necessary.
Any other task assigned by Management.
