Education

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

• Bachelor of Commerce (Management/Accounting Master’s Degree. MBA, M. Com is an advantage and preferred)

Experience

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Textile, Washing Factory

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 40 years

• Minimum 7 to 10 Year Experience.
• Having good Computer Skill with Excellent control over MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel).

Responsibilities & Context

• Safe receive, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of raw materials.
• Inform supply chain about any discrepancy or product damage found after unloading and record as it on invoice.
• Monitor whether the product is being kept right place right way after unloading.
• Maintain FIFO / LIFO during delivery to production.
• Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety, and security within the store.
• Ensure proper deliveries of materials to production for smooth operation.
• Make sure inventory control and minimum stock level.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
• Follow-up all store
• Review of all stock and report of material inspection to higher authority
• Coordinate with the procurement team for the material stock and generating indents to procurement.
• Identify slow moving and non-moving item and to inform management.
• Reconciliation of FG received & RM/PM issue quantity reconciliation with production.
• Report inspection about all materials
• Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly/yearly stock report.
• Up to date ledger to ensure daily stock.
• Creates procedure and direction (SOP).Develop work efficiencies within store operations and in stores.
• Adhere safety rules during handling of chemicals as well as other dangerous goods as per standard guideline.
• Ensure proper housekeeping in warehouse premises.
• Stacking of all finished goods in the respective warehouse.
• Ensure FG shipment as per business schedule & Ensure finish goods receiving from production floor
