Lead production planning and control initiatives, streamlining processes to ensure on-time delivery.
Conducted capacity planning and gap analysis, identifying bottlenecks and implementing mitigation plans that increased production capacity and minimized downtime.
Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales input.
Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, inventory policies, and lead times.
Managing and controlling the Procurement & Import processes, supplier selection, negotiation, evaluation of suppliers to maintain competitive prices, quality, delivery & service, customs clearance.
Oversees logistics operations, reducing transportation costs through route optimization.
Managing and controlling the optimum level of inventory and efficient warehousing process.
