Responsibilities & Context

Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels.
Supervise and ensure efficient execution of duties by store personnel.
Coordinate and prepare for annual inventory audits with internal auditors.
Lead the warehouse/store team in receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and transferring items regular basis to all showrooms per company policies.
Ensure materials are available as per the production plan and requirements.
Conduct regular inventory checks, manage slow-moving items, and optimize inventory turnover.
Implement measures to prevent theft, loss, or damage to store property and garments.
Track and manage purchase orders, inventory, and in-house activities.
Visit supplier market to purchase fabrics, accessories & others as per production requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and proper record-keeping in the warehouse and finished goods area.
Ensure warehouse keeping aligns with standard operating procedures (SOP).
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance and inventory control.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently with customer satisfaction as the primary goal.
Communicate with other departments for timely product delivery to the floor.
Monitor KPIs Such as inventory turnover, order accuracy and on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities.
Oversee daily operations, inventory, and logistics management.
Train and manage the warehouse team to address operational issues and achieve performance goals.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
