BBA/MBA or graduation from business faculty of any reputed public/private university (Marketing will get preference)·

Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Trading or Export/Import, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Additional Requirements

Experience: 5-10 years in Sales (Industrial Machineries- Concrete Block Machine, AAC Block Machine, Fiber Marking Laser cutting machine, construction equipment,CNC Router Machine, Paper Cup Machine, Laser Marking Machine).
Must have good presentation skill and well presentable·
Proven experience of developing marketing strategies and plans·
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods·
Leadership quality·
Excellent communication skills·
Strong organizational and time-management abilities·
Energetic and highly motivated·
Positive & must have Can do attitude·
Proactive and a good team player.
Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to customers.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
Co-ordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with both corporate and individual clients.
Presenting company products and portfolios.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals/ bids with clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new potential clients·
Prepare professional presentation for corporate meetings.
Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
Negotiating with customers.
Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
Looking after the budget of sales and marketing department also making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
Make proper planning for achieving monthly sales target form Sales and Marketing team·
Managing the design and production of promotional materials.
Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
