Responsibilities & Context

The Asst Manager, Marketing will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product development, and customer support.

1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Management to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Create detailed marketing plans for product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Define target audience segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

2.Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital, print, and social media.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns that support the brand’s objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.

3. Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
  • Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Manage all aspects of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant strategies
  • Utilize analytics to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
  • Plan and implement content marketing strategies to attract and engage the target audience by doing Content Marketing.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, relevant content for blogs, social media, websites, and other digital channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Create and curate engaging content that drives brand awareness and engagement.

4. Brand Management:

  • Enhance and maintain the company’s brand image and market positioning.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Define and maintain the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop clear and compelling brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect the brand’s identity and values.
  • Create and oversee brand communication strategies across various media, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies to develop creative campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual and verbal identity.
  • Train internal teams and external partners on brand standards and usage.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and innovations that can enhance the brand.
  • Propose and implement new ideas and strategies to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

5. Relationship Management:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as media, influencers, and partners, to promote the brand and generate leads.
  • Liaise with product development and customer support teams to stay updated on product updates and customer feedback.

6. Budgeting and Reporting:

  • Managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve goals.
  • Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns, with recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare performance reports for management, presenting insights and recommendations.

7. Event Management:

  • Organize and oversee the company’s participation in industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and product launches.
  • Manage the logistics and marketing aspects of events to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
