• At least 2 years experience in Land Development /Real Estate Company.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate(Plot/Flat/Land Share) Sales and marketing.

• Must have knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power Point with Bangla & English typing.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
