  • In-depth knowledge of online marketplace operations, including SEO, PPC, and digital merchandising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with e-commerce management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Merchandising Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the apparel industry, with a keen understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and supply chain management. This role will focus on driving sales, managing client relationships, and coordinating between different departments to ensure the seamless execution of orders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for platforms such as Alibaba, Amazon, and others to maximize online sales.
  • Create and optimize product listings on Alibaba, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring
  • Manage promotional activities, such as discounts, special offers, and advertising campaigns, on Alibaba and Amazon.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that products meet platform-specific requirements and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics on e-commerce platforms, including sales data, customer reviews, and traffic, to optimize product positioning.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback on e-commerce platforms to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain inventory levels on e-commerce platforms.
