Additional Requirements

He will be responsible for designing and running the Management Information System (MIS).
This will include – design MIS system, data collection tool, data analysis and developing synthesis report.
The incumbent will also work closely with sales and distributor.
Create excel templates for data collection and reporting. Collect sales information and prepare a consolidated report.
Sale data comparisons daily/ monthly.
Collect daily expenses and prepare a report in view of that.
Prepare a daily/ monthly report comparing between lifting and daily sales.
Prepare product delivery report from depot to dealer.
Review individual sales team performance.
Prepare a product wise stock report. Prepare a report on discount given to customer Calculate damage products of dealer and depot.
Provide various types of information as per queries of management.
