Responsibilities & Context
- Making action plan to promote the products.
- Designing & arranging packing materials.
- Pricing, positioning, branding and advertising the products.
- Resolving product related problems and ensuring quality of products.
- Ensure before and after sales servicing of products.
- Preparing product catalogue, literature, brochure & booklets.
- Building & maintaining healthy business relations with customers, enhancing customer satisfaction level by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Gathering market information, forecasting upcoming scenario & perform accordingly.
- Determine raw and packaging materials specifications for new products.
- Prepare product sample for submission and approval.
- Review analytical method, product or market complaints, stability related problems or cost saving needs.
- To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
