Responsibilities & Context

We are a RMG liaison office in Bangladesh and we are looking for solution-oriented professionals and smart candidates who love interaction with retailers and factories. Job Responsibilities:

Take the lead for Production planning for Each factory and ensure our allocated orders are running as per TNA
Chase for T&A and coordinate with factory for on-time T&A submission and follow up as per TNA.
Analyze threat & line requirements while preparing line loading plan. If require involve a superior instantly to get solutions
Drive to execute prioritize Fabric in-house cutting, sewing lines & finishing, TIL Quality inspection has been done as per HOD priority basis. If any bottleneck highlights superior for instant problem-solving
Inform related TIL department regarding alerts, and date sliding from TNA and take ownership to mitigate threat to save the order from Buyer HOD.
Take the ownership & responsibility of on-time delivery by executing daily basis micro-level data management, physical involvement & follow-up
