Responsibilities & Context
Set up of Quality standards as per the Buyer requirement.
Conduct training and make all his sub ordinates accountable to him for their performance to achieve the target of quality level.
Report day-to-day quality status and trend to factory Production Head.
Collection of approval sample, shade band card, trim card, spec sheet and go through these to compare first of production with the approval sample before going for bulk production.
In case of any change in the style or design by the buyer he will communicate the floor people for the confirmation of change.
Ensure the styling and measurements of the garments sewed are based on the customers approved sample and without any deviation.
Co-ordinate with pre final auditors and clear the packed cartons to warehouse twice a day with the help of GM quality/production.
Based on the cartons auditors findings fine tune final auditors and make sure mistakes are not repeated.
