Job Description:

Perform & Monitor test of incoming materials and ensure as per SOP with report.
Perform & Monitor test of intermediate products & finished products (Battery) and ensure as per SOP with report.
Perform & monitor Spectro Lab operation, Plate & Battery Testing instruments/Equipment.
Perform Instrument & Equipment Calibration§ Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA team as well as related departments.
Coordinate materials & battery testing processes.
Participate in battery testing.
Monitor all testing related battery manufacturing that affect the quality.
Perform & monitoring ERP operation
Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
Review customer and user feedback.
Make diagnosis report of market returned battery.§ Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship.
Assure the reliability and consistency of product’s quality by checking processes and final output.
Able to demonstrate implementation, documentation & monitoring experience in the development & application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
