Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Conduct quality inspections and testing of products designated for export to ensure compliance with company and international standards.
Monitor and document production processes to ensure products meet established quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with production, packaging and logistics teams to address any quality-related issues before shipment.
Prepare and review quality control reports for export shipments.
Ensure all export products meet the required quality and safety standards of the destination country.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures specific to export operations.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to export quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of quality tests, non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
