Responsibilities & Context
- Look after overall quality of Plastic & Metal division according to different buyer requirements.
- Establish SOP for Quality Standards and maintain it in floor.
- Maintain all buyer’s quality SOP in the floor.
- Lead the full quality team in Plastic & Metal division.
- Communicating with buyers for quality related issues.
- Need to have vast knowledge in Plastic & Metal items.
- Analyze any risk during product development which will lead to quality failure in production.
- Coordinate with quality department of Plastic & Metal material to get the desired Plastic & Metal material product quality for smooth production.
- Report to management for any issues related to quality in the floor.
