Responsibilities & Context

Fakir Eco Knitwears Ltd, a reputed 100% export-oriented Woven Composite Garments factory is looking for a talented, experienced, dynamic, potential candidate as Asst. Manager – Quality Assurance (Woven outerwear) for its factory located at Kayempur, Fatullah, Narayanganj.

• Lead and manage the entire quality control process from raw material inspection to final product evaluation for woven garments.
• Establish, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective action plans.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with production, planning, and industrial engineering teams to optimize product quality.
• Ensure Improvement in QMS score by carrying out audit and Root-Cause-Analyses and initiate development measures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor the quality control team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections, generating detailed reports on product quality and compliance.
