- Experience in media sales and client management.
- Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, social media, Google Analytics).
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in both Bengali and English.
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
