Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 28 years
  • 5 years of related experience is required in the identical trade of Label Trims and Packaging in the apparel sector.
  • Exhibit superior analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and vocal communication both in English and Bangla along with presentation, and leadership abilities.
  • A strategic mentality capable of thinking extensively, refining questions, and influencing numerous decision-makers.
  • It is mandatory to have hands-on expertise with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Business Development & Sales:
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
    • Drive sales growth by retaining existing business and penetrating new orders and ensuring their successful execution.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals and promote business expansion.
    • Lead efforts in business development, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Forecasting & Reporting:
    • Accurately forecast sales orders and material needs to meet customer demand in executing the orders.
    • Preparation of appropriate business reports on potential vs performance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of sales achievements and material forecast.
    • Analyze sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Partner with the Product Development team to develop products as customer needs.
    • Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure timely production and delivery of orders.
    • Work closely with the Commercial team to manage payment collections and resolve any related issues.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
    • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing pricing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of Vendor Sales for strategic decision-making.
