Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Sales & Marketing- (Hotel//Resort-Catering Sales) Department in a recognized Hotel & Resort.

Highly knowledgeable in the catering business and the present market scenario.
Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution.
Worked as Team Leader and motivated team members to achieve team sales targets.
Ability to take challenges to achieve the sales target.
Should have a positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic sales & marketing plans.
Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
Sound knowledge about sales & marketing on catering based.
Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target.
Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral.
Should have a positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executives & others.
Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
Corporate sales planning and implementation.
Able to communicate with a wide network of different professionals/businessmen and look for prospective customers.
To hire, select & train up the team members to create better sales personnel.
To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and develop relationships.
To maintain a good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personnel to enhance team building spirit.
Any other task assigned by Management.
