- Having good knowledge about accessories product (Poly bag, Narrow Fabric, Label, Hang Tag, Trims Accessories & Printing & Packaging, Embroidery, RFID, PFL, Offset/ Graphics Printing & more) & current market.
- Having excellent communication skill & pleasant personality.
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

- As the Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and enhancing our brand presence in the garments accessories industry. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that maximize revenue, increase market share, and strengthen customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily vendor visit to build rapport & relationship for concurring sales.
- Canvassing and setting off new customer base, maintain and build existing customer base and develop new ones.
- Collecting projections from customer & forecast SC.
- Price quotes and negotiates with customers & analyzing the total potentials on volume/values.
- Follow up and coordinate customer service for smoother delivery.
- Preparing and submitting weekly sales report, monthly report, sales highlight and forecasting on regular intervals.
- Mapping the entire potential by vendor, by product to identify white spaces, set individual strategy as per requirement and plan to win the business.
- Identify complex problems and issues to determine the best solutions for customer needs.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Preparing budget based on the previous statistics and comparing with the forecasted budget achievement towards the goal
