Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical engineering from a reputed university

Additional Requirements

• Must have DG generator/ Compressor/Lift sales experience
• Ability to lead private and project sales with proper coordination and competency
• Technical knowhow of engineering products
• Adequate market information with Govt. projects sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Full mobility to travel
• Must be a team player and willing to work in a challenging environment

Responsibilities & Context

• Query generation, technical meetings with concerned persons, price negotiation, ensure timely delivery, handing over products as per the agreement.
• Target oriented with Power & Energy Division’s product line i.e. Generator, Compressor and Lift
• Work on Govt. projects and private sales and complete the projects on time
• Ensure pre-sales and after sales technical support to customers
• Support related departments like SCM, Service, Accounts etc. and ensure proper teamwork.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure repeated sales
• Market research and continuous development
• Prepare a strategic business plan for the project sales
• Closely monitor competitor’s movement and strategy
• Report to business head and line Manager, track records and ensure proper documentations.
