Responsibilities & Context
Akij Glass Industries Limited, (AGIL)., a business unit of AkijBashir Group, seeks to appoint an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, who will manage AkijBashir Glass’s export portfolio by identifying international market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of export operations to achieve growth and revenue targets for Glass products. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential international markets and clients for AkijBashir Glass products.
- Develop and implement export strategies for Akij Glass Industries Ltd
- Build and maintain relationships with international distributors, agents, and customers.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery of export orders.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to refine export strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials tailored for international partners.
- Resolve issues related to export operations, including customer complaints and shipment delays.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
- Participate in trade shows & events representing AGIL
Skills & Expertise
Excellent English Writing and Speaking
Export Commercial
Good presentation skill
Indepth knowledge of commercial operations and international trade.
