We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive to join our Marketing Operations team.

  • Assist in developing comprehensive marketing plans for new and ongoing land development projects.
  • Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
  • Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
  • Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and marketing trends.
  • Manage and oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (print, digital, social media, events).
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors to ensure brand consistency and project deadlines are met.
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral (brochures, website content, presentations).
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools.
  • Generate reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
  • To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s website and social media presence.
  • Assist with trade shows, events, and public relations activities.
  • Provide support to the sales team with marketing materials and presentations.
  • Any other task assigned by Management.
