We are looking Asst. Manager/ Sr. Executive for the factory who are really talented, enthusiastic and eager to develop themselves as a successful leader. The appointed Asst. Manager/ Sr. Executive will be trained as efficient leaders with attractive benefits.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure workers/ staff SOP, QMS, Compliance and other system on production floor and every where
- Ensure best operational balanced layout and continues follow up for improvement.
- Able to achieve target efficiency (Target min) on line
- Able to trainee worker/ staff on all IE and lean management tools & Techniques
- Able to trainee worker/ staff on SOP/ QMS/ Compliance and on different motivational topics
- Sharp knowledge on Operation bulletin / layout, Line balancing, Efficiency Calculation, Target, Production Monitoring, M/C plan, Skill Inventory.
- Strong knowledge on Operator recruitment.
- Able to generate weekly, Monthly, half yearly & yearly all KPIs report and performance to the Top Management & make improvement plan.
- Must have thorough knowledge of all compliance related matters
- Proper plan on unskilled/normal operators to improve their skills.
- Must have basic knowledge of ERP system.
