Additional Requirements

To lead the production planning function to cater to business requirements and existing capacity; Lead corrective actions in case of deviations, provide on-time updates to all stakeholders in order to ensure adherence to production plan with maximum efficiency within the guidelines.
Job requirement:
1.Receive the order from the merchandising team basis the capacity planning shared earlier or basis the orders received by the marketing team.
2. Forecast production line capacity based on existing and incoming orders.
3. Review production line allocation and run-cycles as per order specifications.
4. Approve final production plan and receive sign-off from relevant stakeholders.
5. Jointly with management assess need for production capacity fulfilment by external vendors in case of under-capacity units or order criticality.
