- Well experienced in MS Excel, Email communication and working knowledge in with MS Power BI tool for presenting management information.
- Working experience with integrated ERP environment for retrieving information required for planning, Execution, and monitoring of orders.
- Basic knowledge of Garment standard minute value of various product category.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership qualities with proven experience in leading teams and driving results.

Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary:
Assistant Manager/ Sr. Executive of Planning will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing our planning processes to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of apparel products. This role requires expertise in using the FastReact Planning tool, along with a solid background in production planning, final product delivery monitoring, daily production monitoring, and raw material availability management.
Job Responsibilities:
Fast React Planning Tool Expertise:
- Utilize the Fast React Planning tool to develop and maintain production schedules that meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Close and constant coordination with Marketing team for order receiving and planning to ensure manufacturing plants capacity is optimally utilized.
Production Planning and Monitoring:
- Develop comprehensive production plans to achieve production targets and customer delivery timelines.
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Scenario planning capability by using available data for management decision making.
Final Product Delivery Monitoring:
- Oversee the entire production process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring on-time delivery of products to customers.
Raw Material Availability Monitoring:
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising, procurement, and supply chain teams to monitor and manage raw material availability to enable flawless execution of orders in manufacturing lines.
Tire Two Work Planning and Monitoring:
- Collaborate closely with tire 2 service providers such as Embroidery, Printing and washing plants to ensure timely embellishment panel availability for line input.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
