Responsibilities & Context
- Coordination with the sourcing team on quality inspection for frozen food.
- Laboratory test and declare the quality standards for different frozen items.
- Ensure Microbiological quality of Raw materials, Process materials, Packing materials & finished Product.
- Identification of Salmonella, Total coliform, Fecal coliform, Fungi (Yeast , Mould ), Total aerobic bacteria & other organism in different foods item & Raw chicken.
- Preparing necessary validation and providing food hygiene lab support as per GLP·
- Performing Microbial culture test (Raw materials, process materials & finished products.)·
- Examine physiological, morphological, and cultural characteristics, using microscope, to identify and classify microorganisms in human, water, and food specimens.·
- Research micro-organisms in food in order to prevent food-borne disease and illness.
- Ensure over all hygienic condition of the factory.
