Responsibilities & Context
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Quality.
Ensure smooth line feeding and effectively communicate regarding all Quality issues.
Oversee the implementation of correct patterns, mockups, and defect control systems.
Monitor Defect Hours Unaccounted (DHU) on an hourly basis, aiming to reduce the defect rate to between 0-2%.
Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as zero downtime, timely line feeding within a day, on-time delivery, and multi-skilling across processes.
Implement effective product handling methods.
Safeguard company assets while following SOPs, protocols, and the 5S system.
Maintain comprehensive records of samples, style files, layouts, and measurements.
Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and other concerns.
Offer technical guidance and training as needed.
