To Maintain Professional relationship between factory, buyer and buying house.
Order received to Pr-production as per style wise.
Follow up- all development work
Follow up sample program Analysis cost and CM as per style
Must have knowledge regarding fabric, accessories and trims quality
Manage overall business for a particular direct category
Partner with Buying, Planning and Marketing Teams to develop / execute direct [print/digital] key concepts, key items, assortments and promotional strategies
Provide support in developing focused layout [print/digital], home pages and emails that will be an impact on overall demand and gross margin
Provide support in analyzing the ranking of all styles within each dept
Responsible for all product turn ins
Responsible for proofing accuracy of all direct marketing collateral
Provide support in choosing the merchandising flow in the print/digital and communicating this to the Marketing Department
Providing support for weekly email / web promo’s maintaining / improving web sortations by category
Responsible for tracking and procuring samples for Direct
Provide weekly reports with current sales
