Responsibilities & Context
- Follow up total merchandising process (from order confirmation to shipment).
- Collaborate with design and product development teams to understand design concepts, technical packages, and sample requirements.
- Develop new samples as per buyer`s standard, specification & quality and maintain on-time submission.
- Liaise with fabric and trim suppliers to source necessary materials for sampling, ensuring timely delivery.
· Maintain all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports etc.
- Maintain all approval processes of production.
- Monitor and follow up daily production activities as per production.
- Collaborate with IE and Planning department for any production and shipment issue.
- Maintain required database and prepare required reports from ERP software.
- Perform all other jobs assigned by Merchant Team Head.
