Responsibilities & Context
Main purpose of the role:
- To ensure reliable ISP network services by troubleshooting issues, managing LAN and wireless devices, and supporting network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including both hardware and software faults.
- Ensure stable and reliable ISP network services, including access products, service networks, and core networks.
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN and internet connectivity products, resolving any associated computer or network problems.
- Manage and maintain wireless devices, including Ubiquiti/UBNT, Cambium, Cisco, Ruckus, and other Wi-Fi systems.
- Work with and troubleshoot IP, R&S, and routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP.
- Provide on-call support and participate in a 24×7 call-out rotation, including night shifts if required.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform any other job assigned by management.
