Responsibilities & Context
- Designs, configures and maintains nationwide ISP RF networks
- Configure and support controller based Wi-Fi and enterprise NMS
- Clear concept on RF behavior
- Spectrum analyzer frequency planning, cell planning knowledge
- Addresses issues regarding network systems, software, and hardware issues
- Follows up on problem escalation path
- Should have knowledge about RF site survey, installation, service commissioning and proper maintenance plan
- Maintains up to date & accurate records in the Incident taking system and various knowledge management databases
- Create & maintain detailed network/configuration documentation
- Respond to infrastructure downtime by taking appropriate action to correct affected systems
