Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma (PGD), Masters

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Minimum Masters in any subject/ MBA in HRM/PGD HRM will be preferable.
  • Professional course on HRM will be add value.
  • MS Officer Program, E-Mail Communication, Power Point Presentation.
  • At least 3-5 Years of Practical Experience in Factory HR & Admin Department.
  • Should be SMART, Sound Health, Result & Goal Oriented, Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

  • To perform all the functions of recruitment of workers as per section/departmental requisition.
  • To entry employee information/ data to the payroll software (New appointed employee).
  • To follow-up the service book information update process.
  • To maintain leave register of all workers & staff.
  • To update & ensuring dally attendance including in-out, punch missing, shift change etc.
  • To generate employee, pay slip from software and disburse it to the concerned workers.
  • To update pay slip if there is any correction required.
  • To take necessary action for opening bank account for salary disbursement of new employees.
  • To take necessary action for punch setting of new employees to the attendance machine for update daily attendance.
  • To entry data for ID Card generation from software as and when required.
  • To supervise and ensure the delivery of all wastage goods.
  • To check and ensure Overtime records of software with overtime requisition submitted by concerned department.
  • To purchase & arrange food, snacks & entertainment for factory guests, auditors & buyer.
  • To prepare arrear bills, holiday duty bills and others.
  • To issue all kinds of disciplinary action letters to the accused as directed by the authority.
  • To prepare of final settlement bill of all outgoing employees.
  • To check the Vehicle Log Book and fuel consumption/ usage as per vehicle running records.
  • To perform duty as a member of Factory Local purchase team.
  • To check, prepare & ensuring all the necessary documents for facing compliance audits.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
