Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University like KUET/AUST/BUTEX/Prime Asia/City/Southeast/NITER etc. with CGPA of 2.75 or Above.
- Having major in Wet Processing / Yarn Manufacturing / Fabric Manufacturing / Textile Engineering Management is must.

- Leadership and Strategic management skills & Strong analytical technical skill.
- Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills;
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT;
Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinating and reporting day-to-day activities with the Production Manager.
- Assisting in preparing production schedules and timelines
- Estimating the costs of the production process, raw materials, and other equipment
- Ensuring that the quality and company standards are met.
- Coordinating with the team members to ensure the production process is completed as per OTIF
- Handling few buyers individually.
- Checking the inventory and placing orders for raw materials.
- Addressing any production disputes and diverting the urgent ones to the Production Manager.
- Should have vast knowledge in total fabric finishing process (Batch preparation to finish fab delivery to the customers)
- Understand different buyers test requirements.
- Creating and maintaining a report of the production status.
- Assisting in hiring and training new team members.
- Ensuring that all safety and health procedures are followed at all times
- Reviewing the production budget and suggesting improvement measures
