Responsibilities & Context
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of our company.
- Must have hands-on experience in network cabling, Routing and Switching.
- Installing, implements, and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners.
- Should have experience with Wi-Fi device, Printer, CCTV, attendance device management.
- Must have a clear knowledge of IP networks and data communication.
- Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of configurations, standards.
- Ability to work under pressure & take challenges.
