Responsibilities & Context
Support ICT equipment by performing diagnosis of faults to ensure optimum performance of all ICT devices.
Assist in the support of corporate software systems.
Maintain up to date documentation of software applications, hardware, systems and environments.
Regular checks on the performance of network, links, cc cameras, PABX of KPP plants.
Troubleshooting on LA-1000, GlOSTOM software and APM backend service when needed.
Repairing damaged or malfunctioning items.
Ensure proper monitoring of each and every nodes.
Assisting maintenance department in all factory automation. Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures. Follow up team for initiate corrective actions.
Operates as the point of contact for assigned users.
Assist Inventory management of IT equipment.
Assist on the procurement decision of all IT teams to acquire cost effectively.
Ensuring IT policy and best practices in the organization.
