Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for all machinery and utilities.
- Reduce machine breakdown, lower maintenance cost & improve machine performance.
- Responsible for effective Production planning & Implementation.
- Ensure product and process quality meet the specifications required.
- Coordinate with production and engineering departments to align maintenance schedules with operational priorities.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and project materials.
- Organize training sessions to upgrade the mechanical skills of the operators.
- Uphold all policies in relation to Health, Safety, and Welfare in Factory premises.
- Perform other related maintenance and administrative work as required by the higher management.
