Responsibilities & Context

To ensure treatment services of the indoor patients
To ensure total management of ward (coordination, patient release, death certificate and medical legal certificate issue etc.)
To confirm required medicine and apparatus at ward
To confirm proper training and skill enhancement of subordinates of intern doctors/ physicians
To carry out the BCC function between staff and patient
To effect referral system of hospital’s patient
To keep or maintain the maximum professional humanity for treatment and service of patients.
To contribute the role in quality standard waste management.
To carry out other duties assigned by higher authority.
