- Responsible for achieving Regional Sales objectives through his Area Sales Managers and Medical Promotion Officers team.
- Must have team-building ability.
- Ensure team development and people development.
- Ensure potential doctor Rx regularly.
- New brand launch and availability.
- Periodic feedback to reporting authorities and develop marketing intelligence.
- Learn and understand the product line of Desh Pharma Products.
- Promote pharmaceutical products to medical professionals.
- Organise CME, DGM, Seminars, Symposium And Educational Program.
