Job Context: Swadesh BD International Limited (A Sister Concern of Swadesh BD USA Inc.) a food & beverage manufacturing company in Bangladesh having proven records of business experience in the USA for two decades looking for Asst. Sales Manager for Dhaka.

The person will be responsible for generating Sales & Dealership for the Company.

The Company looking for Smart & energetic Asst. Sales Manager for Dhaka Office.We never compromise on Quality Products & believe in Quality & Service.Asst. Sales Manager should be capable to handle & manage own territory dealership Management.·

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Set up in Own territory Dealer selection as per policy.
• To setup distribution network and sales force·       ·
• Supervise field forces through field visits, observation and measurement of results and monitor daily activities of field force.
• Monitoring, supervising, & training the sales force in its own territory.
• Reviewing their own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Monitoring competitor’s activities & reporting accordingly.
• Ensuring promotional activities are executed accordingly.
• Analysing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
• Trend & competitive analysis by brand & SKU.
• Prepare annual sales forecast by measuring the market demand.
• Any other job assigned by the management.
