Additional Requirements

Responsible for maintaining daily receive and the issue of materials (Fabric, Accessories and general store items, etc.)
Carry out regular physical random store items checks of commodities and inventories.
Ensure the integrity of the stores’ area is maintained at all times To ensure accurate accounting of all transactions to and from the stores To raise purchase orders for materials in line with procedures, standing orders, and financial regulations.
Should be technically strong/experience in store-related activities. Record keeping and assist management by given accurate information on the stock and in/out.
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store.
Ensure proper inventory of all arrived goods at the store.
Receive materials from local, foreign suppliers or any other sources as per L/C and purchase approved documents.
Keep proper records of received stores and keep track of surplus stores/materials.
Generate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Responsible to arrange Monthly, Yearly Physical Inventory & submit to the Management in Time Able to prepare a closing summary. Maintain stores as per legal and compliance requirements.
