Responsibilities & Context
- To receive the materials ordered by the purchase department as per the laid down procedure.·
- All received items (Fiber,scrim,fabric,trims,yar etc) to post in the SAP Software for GRA.
- To ensure a smooth issue of materials to the concern department based on proper formalities.·
- To ensure accurate accounting of the materials receiver and issued.·
- To ensure smooth and on time delivery as per buyer’s requirement.·
- Maintain delivery record in the delivery sheet manually and in the computerized reports.·
- To Submit different types of reports i.e. Daily, Weekly and Monthly to the Management as required.
- To carry out periodical condemnation board for the unserviceable materials.
- To attend audit by the Internal and External auditors as per management instruction.
- Prepared daily , weekly ,monthly update report and submitted to the concern sections for taking next course of action.·
- To provide support as management required.
