Additional Requirements

Sound knowledge of tender processing through digital signature
Must have Good Communication skills including formal letter writing, drafting for replying tender queries etc.

Ability to work with large, corporate & SMB accounts for selling ICT
Products and Solutions Capacity to prepared Technical & Commercial Proposal for product or solution against Tender/RFQ from Government or any Corporate customers
Preparing, filling and completing all the operational steps for tender submission on a timely basis
Competent in product specification designing for various tenders to generate business
Collection of Work-orders from concerned department as and when required
Closely communicating with Product manager, Team leaders and concerned person to evaluate sales strategy and results with regular follow-up on potential sales leads
Ability to negotiate with the decision maker with applicable department
Appropriate follow up with customers regarding payment issue, maintaining proper on line and off line follow up on potential sales leads
Depth knowledge to evaluate the new business opportunities / tenders with an ability to deal creation and closing and provide solutions for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solution
Ability to make Quotations, Maintaining a tracker of all the tenders
Must be accountable to lead and monitor sales team to achieve yearly target by monitoring team performance and motivating team members to accomplish target
Capacity to effectively execute and manage on every element of the sales process on an individual level and build a top-notch direct sales team in the near future
