Education

B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry.

Experience

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Farming

Additional Requirements

Only Male

Strong knowledge of Dairy/Cattle Farm Management and Herd Management.

Good knowledge of Feeding, Breeding, AI, Vaccination & Deworming.

Strong Leadership, Team Management & Problem-Solving Skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and Farm Record Management.

Responsibilities & Context

Manage and supervise overall farm operations and daily activities.

Ensure proper herd management, feeding, breeding, milking, and animal care.

Prepare and implement vaccination, deworming, breeding, and Artificial Insemination (AI) schedules.

Monitor animal health, productivity, reproduction, and disease prevention.

Supervise farm employees and ensure proper work allocation and discipline.

Maintain farm records, reports, production data, and breeding records.

Coordinate with veterinary, nutrition, and farm operation teams.

Ensure proper biosecurity, hygiene, cleanliness, and farm management practices.

Prepare regular operational reports for management.
