Requirements

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
No 3rd Class /Division or CGPA will not be accepted at any stage of the academic career

Experience

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Requirements

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ATM Operations, Alternative Delivery Channels (ADC), Payment Operations, Digital Banking Operations, or related banking functions.

• Hands-on experience in ATM monitoring, cash management, reconciliation, dispute handling, and vendor coordination will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

·  Monitor ATM, CRM, and CDM systems through middleware and switching platforms to ensure maximum uptime.

· Perform daily ATM and CRM cash forecasting, loading/unloading coordination, and reconciliation.

· Maintain ATM load–unload documents and post IBCA/IBDA accurately and timely.

· Provide remote First Line Maintenance (FLM) support and coordinate with vendors for fault resolution.

· Ensure proper functioning of ATM booth infrastructure including UPS, AC, CCTV, branding, and surveillance systems.

· Collect, preserve, and verify ATM electronic journals (EJ), transaction images, and CCTV footage for dispute resolution and audit purposes.

· Monitor ATM cash levels and inform branches regularly to ensure uninterrupted customer service.

· Track ATM downtime, cash shortages/excess, and escalate issues to ICC, ICT, and concerned stakeholders.

·  Conduct regular ATM booth visits as per Bangladesh Bank and internal compliance requirements.

·  Support ATM installation, relocation, change management, and preventive maintenance activities.

· Process ATM, CRM, and CDM vendor bills, utility bills, and maintenance payments.

· Prepare and submit MIS, operational reports, and regulatory information to Bangladesh Bank and internal management.

·  Maintain effective coordination with branches, ICT, IT Security, ICCD, vendors, and CIT service providers.

· Perform roster-based 24/7 monitoring duties including weekends and public holidays.
