Additional Requirements

Prepare Architectural Design, Plan, detail working drawing ,3D visualization, site monitoring & supervision of architectural works as per design.
Quantity Estimate & Schedule as per drawing & needs.
Team work with consultants and In-house Architects, Civil Engineers & maintain the co-ordination between architectural and engineering team.
Should have the quality to work with a design team or any other works assigned by the management.
Prepare detail working drawings of different type of projects.
Fill in technical details using drawings, rough sketches, specifications, and calculations made by engineers and surveyors.
Prepare drawings showing the detail and assembly of a wide variety of equipment and devices, indicating dimensions and other requirements.
Prepare drawings used in the layout, construction, and operation of systematic processes.
Re-design in shortest possible time as per given correction by concerned engineer.
Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors.
