Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in network analytics, automation engineering, or IT operations within telecom or large-scale IT infrastructure.

ROLE OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for providing end-to-end analysis and problem handling for users, networks, and applications, ensuring optimal service quality and addressing user perception indicators.
End-to-End Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of network and application performance based on service quality and user perception indicators.
Problem Handling: Manage and resolve issues related to network performance, ensuring minimal disruption to end users.
Capacity Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor, calculate, and analyze network traffic capacity, ensuring the network can handle the required load.
Automation and Reporting: Develop and automate reports using Python , enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of data reporting processes.
Issue Resolution: Proactively address and close issues, ensuring a seamless experience for end users.
Developed automated reports using Python , reducing manual effort and increasing the accuracy of traffic analysis and reporting.
Led initiatives to optimize network performance, resulting in improved service reliability and customer satisfaction.
