Responsibilities & Context
Knowledge automation siemens PLC & HMI modify, Editing, analyzing & troubleshooting.
Knowledge networking system and ProfNet modify editing, analyzing.
Troubleshooting PLC siemens & calibration instrument (4 to 20mA) flow meter, level transmitter, pressure transmitter ultrasonic sensor, drive (Sinamics, Lenz, Omron, Mitsubishi) at particle board production line.
Should have thought knowledge about all the operating and control electrical, automation, electro-mechanic of particle board with related machineries.
Should be capable of consulting operating and maintenance for safe operation and troubleshooting.
Keep update the top management of any type of automation and communication issues.
Keep update R&D electrical and automation system.
