Experience Requirements
- Minimum 07 (Seven) years of proven experience in the Capital Market, Brokerage House, Merchant Bank, Asset Management Company, Financial Institution, or other relevant sectors.
- Experience in client acquisition, portfolio management, trading operations, and business development will be highly preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Must possess a valid Authorized Representative (AR) Certification/License issued by the relevant regulatory authority.
- Strong understanding of Bangladesh Capital Market operations, regulations, and investment products.
- Excellent salesmanship with proven capability in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Experience in managing High Net Worth (HNW) and institutional clients will be considered an advantage.
- Strong business networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be proactive, target-driven, and committed to achieving business objectives.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong team player with leadership potential.
- Professional knowledge and skills should be continuously updated to meet changing business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute share trading activities efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Acquire new clients and expand the Company’s investor base.
- Achieve assigned brokerage income, trading volume, and business development targets.
- Provide professional investment-related customer service and facilitate client trading instructions through phone, online, and walk-in channels.
- Identify and onboard High Net Worth (HNW) and potential institutional clients.
- Offer suitable investment solutions while ensuring prudent risk management practices.
- Manage client portfolios and monitor investment performance.
- Conduct market analysis and identify business growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for revenue generation and client retention.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare management reports and business performance updates as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client servicing and operational efficiency.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
